Process intensification and distributed energy

Micro-Channel Reactor (µ-CR) Technology: Compactness, modularity, versatility, low cost for small-to-medium scale applications and many other virtues make a Micro-Channel Reactor (µ-CR) a leading contender in both emerging technologies and conventional processes. We have been promoting µ-CR in a variety of applications with particular emphasis on renewable and distributed energy sectors. A Micro-Channel Reactor for a 1,000 BPD (barrels per day) liquid transportation fuel production facility should fit easily into a regular 10’ x 20’ room that includes 50% extra working space between the reactor modules. This is minuscule when compared to a conventional 120’ tall slurry bubble column reactor with a massive support structure. Also, the µ-CR would not need a crane to erect it or for field-fabrication. It is modular and shop-fabricated. The modules can be easily transported by a truck and plugged into pre-arranged inlet and outlet nozzles in an existing plant facility. Its application potential is virtually limitless from small-to-medium capacity fuels and chemicals production in conventional plants to local and truck/ship board liquid fuels production from remote/ waste/ flared natural gas and/or biomass and at individual homes, communities/ farms. We confidently offer this fast-track technology to suit your needs.

We are open to working with you to build distributed energy network for liquid fuel generation and supply using Microchannel reactors and renewable resources
